To be honest when asked how did you do…..I would have to answer home and say you suck! I placed my order and have waited to hear anything. I called in September to customer service and was told the truck would ship out on Oct 2. I waited and still nothing. Then I received an email asking my thoughts on the truck even though I still haven’t received it! Heck I checked my order status and it stated it would ship out now in November! So honestly your customer service sucks! No communication via email, lied to when I called and sent a review for something I still haven’t received! Lodi needs better customer service!

Took a long time

Still have not received product after 6 months

Never received my item. Terrible costumer service.

Ordered an RC truck for my son for Christmas. And they did not ever ship it saying my card was all the sudden declined, but they shipped the charger and battery that are absolutely useless without a truck!
