I ordered a walnut natural edge table with "tree trunk" supports. It came today and is even prettier than I had hoped! It is very sturdy and unique. I am sure I will get compliments.

I was so excited for the arrival of my hammered copper dining table . . but it quickly changed when it arrived with several damaged areas. . I immediately reached out to customer service and was told that I would get a kit in the mail to do all the repairs myself . . I have no experience In this area and thought it best to have the base replaced but was not offered this unless I wanted to pay for the shipping costs ! I had already spent quite a bit on this table and waited over three months for it . So why would I do the repairs myself . . Very disappointed in their responses and in their ability to stand behind their word . . will Never buy from them again . Plenty of other places to buy and get reputable and honest unique pieces and not have to fight over issues that were caused by woodland creek and their delivery people

We had been searching for years for new furniture to place in our nearly 100 year old family cabin in the Mammoth Lakes, CA region of the Sierra Mountains. We specifically needed something where the base was completely wood and easy to clean for when rodents like to find their way into the cabin. We wanted removable leather cushions and were so thrilled to find the rustic look and all these specifications met when we found the Log Furniture place website. I was able to talk to people who worked with the builder and we know this was the right fit for us. The whole staff was great the whole way answering our questions and helping us ensure that the furniture would arrive in time for us to get to our cabin for the summer as it is inaccessible in the winter due to the snow. It's a 3 story cabin that has snow up to the roof in the winter! The shipping went smoothly and was packaged well which allowed us to transport it up to our cabin in our own truck. This furniture is solid wood and handmade and it shows. We know it's going to last for generations and was exactly what we were looking for. When we unpacked it, we found some issues. That's life, things happen. What impressed us was how well the company responded to us. They were available on a Saturday to help us troubleshoot the issues and help us come up with a plan together to get it fixed. We did our part to help and they did theirs. We saved the issues and our whole family is really happy with the outcome of the furniture. The whole staff and company went above and beyond and we now plan to order more from them because it was such a positive experience. Issues happen, it's how you respond to them that matters. Thank you all so much for the support and communication.

Our furniture (dresser, mirror & headboard)is beautiful and such high quality. I always worry about delivery damage but the company used was TOP NOTCH!! No dents no damage, professional, helpful and ON TIME. Highly recommend these talented furniture makers and the company that delivered it. Thanks to everyone 🥰

I bought $15,00 worth of chairs they called immediately after order to wire them money a month later they cancelled my order because of “Tariffs” 4 months later I still have not received my money back these people are scammers

It arrived and I was not 100% satisfied. This company made another piece and replaced it. The new one is perfect. Almost the furniture in every room in my house is from Woodland Creek. Most of the furniture is from the copper line that are very elegant and timeless. I’m so happy that I found Woodland Creek. And thank you for your superb service.

Absolutely horrible experience Entry way table was late in delivery And delivery people placed it backwards unfortunately we work and sitter was there with children I call them to ask if they could come back and place it correctly because obviously my daughter cannot do this on her own and we live out of state I was rudely told this cannot and will not be done by them So that’s my last purchase from this company

The Timber Haven Rustic Barnwood Dining Table we purchased truly did exceed our already high expectations! This beautiful rustic style table is a work of art and fits so perfectly in our log cabin. The custom extensions we ordered look amazing and work flawlessly. We simultaneously bought the Western Winds Barn Door Dining Side Chairs to go with the table, and they are the most comfortable dining chairs we've ever sat in! Once the table and bench was delivered there was no dry fitting or hardware! They sent me measurements to leave me to figure out where the hardware should be installed. We payed over $6k for the table and bench and the lack of attention to detail was very frustrating. The delivery guy gave us screws from his truck that weren’t long enough and Woodland Creek shipped us wood screws to be used. Their customer service was not very helpful. They basically said they’re sorry there was no markings or dry fittings and I had to figure it out. Certainly did not do much else to help provide peace of mind or make it right. I would NOT use this company. Nightmare of a situation.

I just love coming into this store. I could spend hours just looking and thinking of all the things I could do. The furniture is BEAUTIFUL and beautifully made as well as all the “little” things I find. The Customer Service is ABOVE anyone else. Thank you Jess!! I have so many more ideas. Recieved my True Blood extremely gnarly bed frame. . . I couldn't be happier with the frame. Very sturdy, well constructed, and looks beautiful. Love the character. Customer service is top tier! Talked with a representative about an error, on my end, when I placed the order and she straightened it out for me. I received exactly what I wanted. Every piece of log furniture I buy going forward will be through Woodland Creek's Log Furniture Place!!

The Team did a great job coordinating this complex order that was made at a couple different manufacturing locations. The Black Walnut live edge gives each piece unique character. This furniture will last 100 years! It's rugged and well crafted. I asked if they could make a custom TV center to match the coffee table. In about 2 minutes customer service came back and said, "yes", what dimensions would you like it to be? The quoted delivery was a bit long, but for custom furniture I was okay with it. In the end, the furniture ended up shipping almost two months EARLY!

I just received my ten foot stump dining table. It's absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much. Everything went very smoothly from my ordering to delivery. Received our Queen over Queen bunk bed well packaged in a wooden crate shipped via FedEx Freight. All arrived complete and undamaged. Assembly was reasonably easy and the finished bed looks great. Honestly would be much prettier in a larger bedroom. Could hardly keep the grandkids off it until we were finished.

I was disappointed. It took much longer than promised. Also, they sent me a leaking faucet and then a wrong size faucet, and finally the correct one on the third time. My plumber charged me an extra service charge as he had to return 3 times. I was told by their employ, Chase/Chance, who told me they would refund the cost of (1) of the unnecessary service calls. It NEVER happened. I will look for another supplier on my next vanity. Nice product though!
