Great shoe

Overall my experience was good, no complaints.

I am a little disappointed with the shoes, for the price. I was disappointed that the leather shoes still had a polyester lining and non natural materials included the shoes we got were too narrow despite having measured using their guide, if we went up in size they would be far too long. I kept only 1 pair that I ordered as a gift, unfortunately the other one had to go back. Which of course cost me money to do. Not a great over all experience.

After realizing the pair of shoes I ordered were a size too small for my child, I reached out to customer service to exchange as the online portal was giving me an error. I have received an initial response from them several days later and now have emailed back twice with no further communication. Really frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve been looking for barefoot yet “cool” sneaks for my 3 year old and after trying countless brands, I’ve landed on Little Love Bug and couldn’t be happier. They’re so well made, so stylish and so roomy for my son’s toe-box. I’ve already preordered a low-top version!

Our little 16 month old guy has been cruising a long while now, but he’s now to the point where he wants to sprint down a sidewalk, and could use a little protection from the heat, pebbles & pine needles. These give exactly that without weighing down his feet or impacting his normal stride. Plus they’re simple enough for a cute outfit to the zoo or nice enough for church! Also, I measured his feet per the websites instructions and that placed him at 12. 5cm or size 5, I did end up exchanging them for a 6 for a slight bit more room knowing he’s growing like a weed right now; however, that process was incredibly simple & had fast turn around time. We’ll definitely be buying more!
