The life Straw pitcher I own fell off the counter and the inside plastic filter holder chipped at the top and render the whole pitcher useless. I contacted Life Straw and they replaced it free of charge. Didn't expect that. With that kine of customer service, and the extreme quality of their products, I am a die hard fan. I'm buying a Life Straw pitcher for each of my adult children for Christmas. I worked for a time for Cabelas, and took online extra training on Life Straw products. Quality, quality, quality. I have their emergency filter straws and several other products. Great products and as important great customer service.
