Shipping it's faster

Took some time to get to me but the products are exceptional!

I still haven't received my order. I contacted Legion after tracking showed my order hadn't been picked up by carrier after 8 days of the order date. I was merely told to be patient before subsequently being told my order was lost and that a replacement order was put in. After another 2 weeks, tracking showed carrier had again not picked up my replacement order (same fate as my initial order). I contacted Legion again and nobody responded (no one offered to sort out the issue or offer refund or anything else - just silence). This smacks of deceptive business practice.

The first time I contacted Legion I had the good fortune to talk to Ally. Unlike the vast majority of people who answer phones she actually listened to me and heard what AI said and made a great recommendation. Every time I want to place an order I ask to speak to Allly because every time I have placed an order she has been great. I have a brother who has had major thoracic surgery and he has been advised he needs to increase his protein in take but he has real problems swallowing. For example he cannot drink water. Ally told me how I could add milk to your casein powder and this would be a thick drink and allow him to drink additional protein. If Ally had given me this suggestion, I do not know what I would do. Thank you Ally
