Ordering online was easy. Product arrived safely and on time . Great product.

I like the low profile of the flat chain. If it holds up, I will buy another. Also like the smaller medallion size. Customer service was excellent to help me return my chain for a smaller size.

The bracelet is stylish. However, for those of us who are challenged by small motor skills the latch is a bit of a pain, especially for the non dominant hand doing the latching.

I have ordered at least 5 medical alert bracelets for myself and a medical alert necklace as a gift for my sister, all from Lauren's Hope. Each of these items are beautiful and extremely well made. They all arrived in black velveteen bags that are perfect for gift giving. The staff at Lauren's Hope is incredibly conscientious as well. At first, I wasn't sure what medications to have inscribed on my sister's necklace, but I wanted to give it to her on her upcoming birthday. The Lauren's Hope staff offered to flag the necklace for post-purchase ingraving. Luckily, I was able to find out what medications my sister was on before I ordered her necklace, but the fact that Lauren's Hope offered that post-purchase option meant the world to me. I guess I should have expected that over the top customer service after my experience buying my second Lauren's Hope bracelet. My first bracelet is constructed of color changing beads and not at all stretchy. I bought a size large enough to comfortably fit over my hand. The second bracelet I bought was stretchy and I ordered it about an inch shorter than the first. One of Lauren's Hope's staff members called, stated that he'd noticed the size discrepancy between the two bracelets and wanted to make sure I was aware of the size difference, and to verify that I did want the second bracelet that much shorter. I was so impressed that he literally called to check with me to make sure the bracelet would be exactly what I needed and wanted before it was constructed. I will only buy medical alert jewelry from Lauren's Hope.
