2019 LR5 Td6 with 60K miles
John was very helpful assisting me with my spares acquisition. I did find the Bosch glow plugs elsewhere for $23. 00 each, which was considerably cheaper than what they were selling them for. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience.

Not having knowledge of UPS insurance cost me $1,200. I received excellent and expedited service regarding my questions regarding a new sun visor, order and shipping details. Arrived 1 day earlier than promised. Thank you.

I purhcased a set of mats for my Discovery. They asked for the VIN number and I sent it twice with pictures. I paid close to $300. Days later I received mats for a Range Rover. Took several emails and pics, and I still don't have the right mats.
