Overall good pricing / source on parts
Land Leaping, a division of Land Rover Portland, has taken care of us on the last two parts orders. Oil and filter first and second a sunroof fix kit. First order they communicated quickly and provided a military discount as inquired on, and credentials verified. During the second order, they did not communicate (no response to email) with regards to adjusting price with the military discount & no comms since. Still a good source, surprisingly cheaper than my local Land Rover dealers, however recommend establishing any comms in advance before placing order.

Part of my order was out of stock. I was contacted right away with the issue and given options. The communication was great and I ended up getting evreything I needed for the issue on my LR3.

You guys are on time all the time, I love the fact that I can confirm the parts with the Vin number so I don’t order the wrong stuff and get caught up in the hassle of returns. All of the parts are genuine and quality they appear to always be OEM.

I was shipped the incorrect
I was shipped the incorrect part twice! The second time the shipment was supposed to be overnight but it was sent USPS and took days to get to me further delaying the project. The third time was a charm, but these kinds of delays are completely unacceptable.

Forgive me for being cynical but I've become so used to poor customer service, zero communication and unnecessarily long delivery time lines I usually click 'submit' with a sigh as I wonder what's going to go wrong this time. . . So I was delighted to find these guys! I cannot speak highly enough about Land Leaping - they're fantastic. Communication was quick and simple, they were engaged with my order, it was dispatched the same day the parts came into their DC from LR USA and I felt like I as an individual my car, and my order actually mattered to them. These guys just became my go to for anything I need for my car going forwards. Great range of LR genuine parts, they'll get it in if they don't have it, and exemplary customer service. @the Land Leaping team, thank you!!

Purchase and delivery was good. However the box the part was in was a bit shabby, torn flap and re-taped several times. I haven't installed the part yet but hope it is OK as this is electrical.
