Great and easy to follow website. I love that half and quarter sizes were offered. I wish I had taken advantage of it because the ring I bought was just a tad big for me (my fault). I purchased the rose ring and it was packaged securely and cutely with little extra touches that I appreciated. Heads down some of the best customer service I've ever received! I was having a hard time finding a fit for an odd shaped arch band and wasn't sure which ring to pair it with that would "fit." The La Kaiser team went above and beyond, trying on a variety of rings to show how they looked with the band I had chosen. After finding a solution, I ordered and received my ring promptly. It sparkles, shines, and fits like a dream. I'm so happy with my purchase!

Overall, beautiful rings for a decent price. The cluster rings I purchased were expecially pretty. Nice customer service. It's hard to get a true sense of the size of rings when all of the pictures are shown with other rings. It would be helpful to get the band dimensions for each ring as well.
