Great customer service and boots

My actual size is 11, but almost all shoes run small, so I usually buy size 12. That's what I did with these, but then I realized that I already own a pair Lacrosse hip boots. I was able to try on in the store when I bought them, and those are size 11. So I called Lacrosse, and the very helpful sales rep was able to catch my order before it was shipped out and change it to size 11. They fit perfectly.
