I been using KOAB for about 2-3 years and i love it. Checkout is easy, shipping is fast and I love how there is restocks every week , and even sometimes twice a week. Also love that there is discount codes often. Only thing that could be improved for fairness is the bots . Sometimes shoes sell out in less than a second … I’m talking milliseconds. nobody can check out that fast manually so It leads me to believe people are using bots. Maybe set up a raffle system or a few CAPTCHA windows (2-3 captchas) for shoes purchases to make it more fair. I’m sure there are alot of ways to figure out something for fairness. Maybe make it to where 3-5 people can checkout and set up a raffle system for those people and whoever’s name is drawn gets the chance to purchase the shoe. It would make it more fair. Also customer service doesn’t always get back to me . Sometimes I have to message them a few times through email, phone or social media and even then it still takes days before they respond for the most part. Maybe hire an operator who can help with customer service or order issues. Other than that the website is great. Appreciate you guys

Bought 3 pairs so far and no complaints they all came in the condition expected, haven’t had a chance to buy new because there gone faster then the SNKRS app but besides that i love it shoes arrive 2-3 days after ordering. I will continue to order shoes from here ‼️
