I have cancelled my subscription, contacted through their site and still no response. There have been several times they have charged my account $69 or more, randomly, and it still continues to happen!! Another charged came thru today for almost $200. I DID NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU ALL. I need someone to reach out to me and a refund for the fraudulent charges! My bank cannot stop them due to them being random. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFO. Complete fraud from my perspective.

Items not shipped in time. Ordered at new batch of sneakers over a week now and it still hasn’t been shipped. Surprised always thought KOB was reliable.

It’s confusing, some sizes appear to be wrong on display, and the filter option should have a way to sort by condition or even filter out wether it has an OG box or not

Kicksonabudget offers great pre-owned sneakers for far lower than GOAT. Shipping used to be a lot quicker, but i can’t complain because the prices are still low. Make sure you check all the images before you purchase so you know how worn they are. Check for heel drag and creases even if the description doesn’t mention them.

Bought shoes before never had an issue. This time I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received them. I emailed them. Texted them. And instant messaged them. And still no response. Hopefully they see this and reply….

Awesome service these guys do for the real sneakerheads. I was somewhat skeptical of the authenticity of the shoes, but had them authenticated and they were without a doubt real! I was really surprised because I spent $170 for a pair of $400+ dunks. Love their service and will be a regular customer!
