The clamps are a good quality, the delivery fees are better than others and they arrived in good time.

Good bit of kit, easy to assemble, made sure everything was done up tight and fixed it to the floor for good measure. Pretty chuffed with it to be honest. It arrived in good time but some of it was missing, emailed them and the missing bits got delivered first thing the next day. No complaints from me at all.

I've ordered twice now from Keyclamp and they have resolved any issues quite promptly, Packaging has been strong and delivery fast , My second order was a fare amount of fittings, I initially had a few missing and a wrong type of level sent to me, But after talking to them to explain my problem it wasn't long before I had my ten missing lugs and the right level delivered. The wrong 600mm level being gifted by keyclamp which was a nice bonus.

I hate doing negative reviews but this needs addressing!! I ordered tube and fittings, they duly turned up with correct tube but wrong Size fittings that was only discovered when box opened on site by operatives sent to do fitting. Eventually found other fittings locally and informed company of mistake and requested collection and refund. Had one e mail back with apology and requesting information for collection which I have now replied to twice and still no further forward. This was a trial order as we get a lot of These little handrail fits from the local authority but I probably wouldn’t use these guys again as it costs more for me to purchase locally but I know I can send the guys out with all the correct gear on the day.

Very good quality, just as advertised

I’m happy with the product now it’s built. I had to cut the horizontal poles down to size as I was fitting in a fitted wardrobe space. Only thing I would suggest to the dispatcher is to please wipe down all the parts before shipping. Everything had an oily residue on it which meant I had to wipe it all down before starting the build. Apart from that, it’s obviously very sturdy and doubled our wardrobe hanging space. Delivery was fine, think it just took a few days.
