Dear Ken, I feel I need to give some thanks and recognition to you and your products: I started the Warrior challenge hosted by Banting Baker Gigi in February 2021. I was introduced to your shake, protein bars and electrolytes through this challenge. I continued on these challenges and now form part of Gigi’s admin support. I am a recovering chocoholic 🤣 with a significant aversion to food. The shake and chocolate protein bars (🤣 must be chocolate 🤣) make it easier for me to stick to the lifestyle. I am training 5-6 times a week, and recently started using the Keto Exo supplement to support me on some training days! I am 280 days sugarfree, 16kg down and lost 127cm overall!
