See review. I very much like your styles but won't purchase from KD anymore given the shoddy production of expensive shoes. Also, I understand that you don't control your shipper's speed, but there also was no way to know that Standard Shipping meant ground transit from California to the east coast. If I knew where you shipped from and the method of standard shipping, I could have chosen to upgrade if I wanted. Transparency would have been helpful.
