My items came promptly, and I did have to return the dress that was too large. . . . . still waiting on receipt, and it's been a week. . . . but I am not worried. It's busy out there!

It would be nice if there were no cost to return an item which cannot fit.

I love Karen Kane because of the Made in USA labels. The quality is good and the fit is just right. (PXL). I just returned a lovely sweatshirt because it was Made in China. I hope this is not a new trend

I had trouble ordering the Sherpa coat so wrote to customer service and they were very prompt with their reply. I love the coat and will enjoy wearing it this winter.

The quality of the coat was poor and not what I expected.

True to size for Medium, though sleeves are too long for me. I usually have to get sleeves shortened on jackets.
