You have great products at a fair price. Moreover there is helpful human backup easy to access. Good thing, too. For check out a customer sees, not the personalization he specified, but the original from which the selections were made. This is a fabulous company. I would give it 10 stars if possible. I recently ordered one of their nautical signs. There was a slight problem and they were unbelievable in how they handled it. Within 20 minutes of an emailed complaint they got back to me with a solution making everything good. I have never dealt with this kind of professionalism and excellent customer service either in person or online before. I highly recommend them, and will purchase from them again in the future. The nautical sign was also beautiful!

I ordered 3 cat placemats to put under the cat's food bowls. They are absolutely adorable and my sister (to whom the cat belongs) will LOVE them. Quality is nice for inexpensive mats. Very fast shipping. Would order again.
