Had major issues with my Trampoline not being delivered Called Jumpflex and couldn’t have gotten better customer service They did exactly as they said they would do, they called exactly when they said they would call and then dispatched a replacement trampoline, which arrived with no issues They also told me to choose an accessory from their website, due to the issues encountered We had a handy man put the trampoline together, who said he had put lots and lots of trampolines together, but had never come across such a good quality / sturdy one, as this one He couldn’t believe the quality of it and also said all the parts fitted as they should and there were also spares After all this my Grandbabies absolutely love it !! It’s worth all the initial hassle, hands down I’ve recommended Jumpflex to lots of my friends

The Hero 15 trampoline and basketball hoop are both great! Delivery was fast, assembly was pretty easy, and they’re both really sturdy and fun. The trampoline has a smooth bounce, and the basketball hoop is adjustable and works well. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

If I could give 10 stars, I would I’ve just been absolutely blown away with the Customer Service. I live in Arizona and the weather is very harsh on the trampoline. There were some parts that just wore out without question. They immediately sent me new parts on two separate occasions. They’ve always replied to my emails very promptly. I just can’t say enough good things about this company in today’s date and age. You just don’t find this type of Customer Service anymore. I could not be any more happy that I chose Jumpflex to purchase my kids trampoline.
