I generally buy direct from Wahoo as the price normally the same as other retailers and the shipping is included. The buying process is straightforward and shipping is quick with regular updates. I’m very pleased with the new TRACKR - the design seems to have improved quite a bit and there is no risk of moisture ingress with the sealed rechargeable battery.

Not compatible with my wahoo. Returning of course cost more money.

This thing isn't very comfortable to run on. It's very short and narrow and there's a vertical drum and this corn cob spiky looking thing that make it hard to balance. Come to think of it, this looks more like a bike trainer than a treadmill. Maybe I should return it?

First I bought a kickr, not a treadmill. But for some reason I'm being asked to review the treadmill. Not sure what's going on at wahoo but I'm not impressed. Second, my original kickr had a freehub ware out and I had to buy a whole new unit because wahoo stopped selling an easily replaceable part. After getting new one, that one failed after about two weeks. I had to provide my own packaging to do an RMA return. Not impressed with the reliability and service all.

I was very excited to get the Wahoo machine but the machine does not live up to it's expectations and the price tag. To start with delivery, the machine incline pedals didn't work and I had to call to get that calibrated. The quality of the core machine is solid but the accessories were cheap. My safety clip was broken at delivery and it's made from very cheap plastic. The treadmill is okay and that is it. I like that the treadmill is minimalist but I think they went too minimalist. I don't need a lot of data for running but I need the basics. The device falls short of that and I don't understand how their design team didn't think about adding "workout time" and "distance" to the treadmill display. The treadmill only shows "incline" and "pace" and nothing else. When I'm running, I don't need to stare at mine incline and pace, which doesn't change very often. I want to know my workout time and distance. The machine clearly has those stats but they engineer team choose to not display it. As a result, I have to use another device to track my "workout time" and "miles". I wouldn't mind using another device if they designed the device holder better. Again, Wahoo went cheap on the accessories. The device holder is made of cheap metal and plastic. It doesn't strap down the device securely. As a result, when I'm running, there is an constant annoying rattling sound that drives me crazy. While machine is quiet, but because you have to use a device, the device rattles. This defeats the purpose of a quiet machine!! Also be-aware if you want to just try out the machine because you will pay $300 dollars for a crapy delivery service + $600 dollars for restocking fees, That's $900 out of your pocket if you choose to return the machine. Great indoor trainer, quiet and works well with both Rouvy and Zwift as both support virtual shifting (much easier than buying a different cog for each bike).

Chest strap is far too small and doesn’t match previously bought Wahoo chest strap measurements. No way of sorting the issue as no stock of larger chest straps in UK, new purchase but I’m expected to buy the replacement strap, no solution, poor poor service! I’m a 42 inch chest, not a giant how will you cope with rowers and rugby players?
