Usually good but not this time
Have always been happy with my regular order blonde 9 and miracle shot, however the box contained an empty activator bottle, nothing in it. Of course the colour didn't work without it.

I am very, very pleased with your products, especially with the dye which I use every 3 months to have the full shine of black in a breath of sun and shades of chestnut.The price that is given for the product is definitely worth its durability.. It would be great if you thought about some free gifts from time to time. Warmest regards with a beautiful black color on my long hair. Izabell.

I have my hair colour delivered to me every three months. This has worked extremely well, and there have been no problems whatsoever. If I wish to change any detail I can do so immediately. When in contact with the staff, I have found them to be very efficient, knowledgable, and friendly. I have no complaints at all!

Excellent customer service
I purchased a product for the first time with Josh Wood . Unfortunately the colour was not a good match for my hair although there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product. I contacted customer services, received a reply almost immediately and a full refund! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Josh again in the future.
