The first order never arrived like it said and I contacted Jedco and told them and they not only reimbursed my card but they also sent me a new keychain. I had 2 lost packages in one day so I wasnt to happy. But since they sent a replacement it did make me feel better. Other companies are rude about packages that go missing.
