Regarding returns, Jasper Conran is very good when it comes to customer service. It is a seamless process to return an item and get a refund as long as you haven’t worn it! You can’t anyway, as it has a circular ribbon which goes through the front and armhole of the dress so you couldn’t wear it if you then wanted to return it anyway! It’s foolproof!

Genuinely loved the cut and fit of the dress, and the shape of the hat I chose. But the fabric quality let the dress down in my opinion and so I was disappointed after the build up of the online items. Items arrived quickly and well packed. Return was easy too.

Lovely dress . Highly recommended. Well made and the royal blue is a glorious bright colour. Great to have sleeves that can be rolled or cuffed. Big useful pockets . Tempted to have the linen one too!
