The item was well protected during the delivery process which meant it arrived with zero disappointments, was delivered in a timely manner actually arrived before I expected. Communication regarding the updates on the order were all given in a timely manner.

Customer service is poor considering this is supposed to be a high profile brand. Very difficult to obtain a contact number or speak to an actual person so communication was all via email. The responses are prompt, however seem robotic and rehearsed. Be aware they have a strict 14-day return policy, which I missed by 2 days as I was travelling. This is less flexible compared to many other retailers and there's no option for a credit note either if you miss this date , which is disappointing considering the cost of their products.
