I believe the bad reviews on Google are no longger current & it appears giving reviews there for this product has been disabled. Good thing I referred to reviews from other trusted sites and was convinced the iventure is worth a shot. I bought 3 cards of the 3 attraction passes for our Gold Coast getaway in June 2023, booked the aqua duck safari, snorkel tour & catchacrab. Some attractions need you to email the business direct to book with details of your voucher numbers & they reply within hours. No hangups, we weren't turned away, got the same service as full-paying customers & made big memories. I saved $300 thanks to the flexipass. I read up on the attractions i liked, booked them 2 days ahead to give room for communication with the tour provider. I am satisfied with the iventure card & will be using them again next time. I am just sorry I didnt discover them earlier.

Paid over £100 for two passes which we picked up as recommended but they did not work at the attractions. I contacted you bu,t have had no response.

Bought dubai unlimited pass for 3 adults and 2 kids Please please don't buy this, not worth and useless Reasons 1. No customer support. Only live char and email, live chat some times they say our agents r busy right now, alteast provide whatsapp support or mobile no 2. Many attractions for kids are height restricted rathe than age, so not used for kids 3. After buying the pass, when u want to book for a attractions they say booking are closed, so no use examples, la perle and dubai luxury canal cruise 4. After booking some attractions get cancelled, like creek harbor sunset tour 5. They don't update info, water park we planned on 23rd Jan and from same date it is closed, no before hand info 6. Over all for dubai don't bu the unlimited pass , and many attractions in unmited pass are not worth visitng

I bought passes online for our family trip to Gold Coast. So easy to purchase online and arrange booking via email with the organisers. We did Ifly, Aquaduck and Paradise Jetboat with the pass. It is such a great value and we have all enjoyed each activity!

One of the best ways to explore the city!!!! My husband and i bought a 3days unlimited pass Athens and we visited the most iconic and must do attractions and tours. Extra Tip: catch the cape Sounio Tour,the multi Acropolis ticket and do not forget to download the Audio guide tour. 5* for the service!!!

Im with ma boyfrend was on vacation in Dubai, we bought this card and recieved a huge discount to the 3 amazing attractions, thank a lot!!!

We had issues with booking on to the ghost walks at the rocks. Couldn't call them couldn't text, no reply on emails. Ended up doing the Jet boat and two VR's places. So in teh end we got good value for money but had issues with booking.

My husband and I purchased iVenture Cards for Dubai. We were truly impressed with the excursions we chose. There were no hidden fees, and the cost was very reasonable. The iVenture Card allowed us to choose excursions prior to going to Dubai. We were able to book excursions and get the date and time we wanted. Make sure to book your excursions as soon as possible as you may not get the time/date you want if you wait too late. A couple of people we went with waited too late. Thank you for your service. I enjoyed the iVenture Card. Its definitely worth the $. Setting up appointments in advance was a bit of a headache but ok. I would definitely like to more options.

I bought unlimited pass. But I do not know how to use it. So I use help desk. Here help desk " Eden " help me A to Z. It was amazing kind service. I surprised even better service than Korea. By her support, I did not miss activity what I wanted. And gave to wife happiness birthday trip. Thanks Eden ~ 😊

I took the Dubai park card. And it was the best value deal ! Just have to take our ticket at the guest window and we were set for our park entrance. I recommend Wild Wadi water park, MotionGate and IMG worlds of adventure :)
