We bought the Ultimate 2 day pass for Athens. It was a bit complex to set up and we didn't realize we needed to have internet access to utilize the passes to start. But the biggest issue was that there was a lack of communication between the app and the vendors! We attempted multiple times to use the pass for the hop-on-hop-off bus. None of the drivers were able to scan the QR code and have it access their system properly. Only one staff member was able to and what we were told after that was to just "present the QR code to the driver" and we would be fine. Well, the second time we tried to do that, it didn't work. So we contacted customer support. They also told us to simply present the code to the driver and that they wouldn't need to scan the QR code again. Well, it didn't work. So we essentially lost our whole second day of use on this Ultimate pass because we couldn't get on the bus to some of the exhibits that we wanted to see that were also available on the pass. We requested a partial refund because of the multiple issues and was denied. Instead, customer service re-issued the hop-on-hop-off bus pass for us. However, I'd been on chat with customer service multiple times for hours that day. The re-issue came in at 11pm on our final 2nd day of the pass. AFTER the buses were closed and one hour before the Ultimate pass expired at midnight. Would not recommend!

We bought a 7-attraction Dubai Pass for each of our family member. It was worth it, because we saved about 300.euro overall and we used them completely during our one week stay in Dubai. We made a big analysis and compared to other passes available for Dubai, but this was the best option. We recommend to offer a broader card (10 attractions, maybe?) and include other attractions like Dubai Miracle Garden, Dubai Garden Glow, Aya Universe,... But it was ok.

I managed to use it once but couldn’t use the rest before I left the country because it weather problems telling me not to go outside. Tried to contact customer service multiple times and never got an answer to my issue regarding a resolution to my remaining 2 experiences. Even when left for days, never got an answer so it was as money wasted

Bought the 5 day Athens. Loaded passes and then disappeared off the app. I have spent 3 days trying to get them to email me back… nothing. The customer service chat on the app messaged they would expedite the claim. Still nothing. Stay far away from this. Not worth the headache.
