Very pleased with the service, the nice feel and the way they keep you warm but not hot , also the ease of putting them on.

I bought 2 sheets, one of which has a mark - not sure if it’s oil or blood. I tried to ask for a refund , was given the run around and suggested I wash the sheet as it may have been due to manufacturing fault. Very poor response - won’t be buying from this company again. It’s not the customers responsibility to rectify manufacturers problem.
