I have had the best experience with ICAN customer service. They’re wheels are the best I have ever ridden. I have had the G24 wheelset for 4 years now and perform flawlessly. I just purchased a MTB specifically boosted rear wheel and it has performed flawlessly as well. The customer service is above and beyond any company I have ever dealt with.

The frame is good quality, the customer service was very good and they actively worked to get me the desired frame. Sadly there is no documentation (at least I couldn't find it), so I don't know, for example, the torque for the seatpost screw or how the saddle clamp is supposed to work. . .

Flyee custom build
Flyee framset with customised painting. Just built up and test ridden my flyee. Ordering was super simple with ICAN's sales team who work through WhatsApp. I had a few iterations of a perosnlised frame and they were great in providing support. Once ordered they shared pictures of the frame before shipping. They are very thorough in checking that the frame is what you want. Having ridden 50 miles it feels like areal quality build, stiff, but compliant and very comfortable. Recomended
