The part wasn’t as described. It didn’t include the converter and was just the exhaust manifold. Now they want me to pay to send it back. Customer service has ghosted me now. I feel like I have been scammed. I would NOT recommend buying from them.

I am not pleased with your customer service. My original order was for a 2014 vehicle. The part I received was for a 2023. When I returned it, I was instructed to include my shipping cost in the package, so that I could be reimbursed. My refund not only didn't include shipping, but your company also deducted an additional $40, which I did not understand. I am unable to refer your services to anyone else.

very dissatisfied. time frame provided on web is costumer misleading. no point of paying faster shipment. they wont have any of your parts in stock. 2- 3 weeks wait time. plus wait time on shipment after that.
