Incorrect part was shipped. The OEM sealed package had obviously been opened and the original part replaced with a different one. It took multiple emails over several days to even get a response. No offer was made to ship the correct part, only a return authorization.

Quick turn around. Was are to swap out in 30 minutes

Fit well and easy to install. Didn’t come with a bracket to secure the 7 pin connector to the vehicle as shown. I had to purchase a separate bracket. For the amount paid, a bracket should be included.

Wrong part and is was your fault the dealer told me the part number but I had a shipping and restocking fee, I think you’re responsible for the wrong part being shipped especially since I double checked with the dealer just before I ordered it. Not Happy Charles Peters
