I ordered Road Trip, Grandma's Kitchen and Hawaii. Haven't burned Hawaii yet, but the other 2 have NO scent. I am incredibly disappointed. 😌 Please spend your money on a trustworthy candle manufactured by a reliable maker you've used before.

Takes the cake for corporate greed. Has been trademarking every common phrase under the sun, states, and every zodiac sign so that no small businesses can ever use common phrases and terms. I will loudly and proudly share how horribly they conduct business to any and all people who will listen. Seriously, get a life. Learn an ounce of empathy. Do better.

I was so excited to send the NJ candle to my manager who moved from NJ to SC..I followed its tracking and knew when it was delivered, however, I never heard fro my manager about my gift. I finally had to afl…it was awkward and she said “oh yes….OHHHH, THAT WAS YOU WHO SENT THAT, there was no card in the box”. I am very disappointed to say the least. This is my first and last time ordering w HOMESICK.

Super easy purchasing experience online with a customized message for Mother's Day. Love the packaging and it came pretty quickly, but the personalized message on the back was a little too plain and simple and one word was printed oddly on a separate line on its own.

Candles are lovely. The website isn’t very user friendly. Sometimes it’s quite slow and it’s difficult to navigate. The search function doesn’t work well and often I have had to look through every item to find the city or scent I’m looking for because the search doesn’t function. Also I have submitted a question about shipping to Ireland in February and I was never responded to. Customer service could use some attention. Again, the candles are lovely.
