Great at getting my quotes back fast and accurately, everyone is always very helpful. I use Dom as my first point of contact but the reporting of quotes, dispatch, delivery and invoices is second to none. I'm always kept informed on lead times, which helps keep my customer equally informed.

Hay Palissade Bench
We recently ordered a Hay Pallisade bench from Holloways of Ludlow. The Customer Service and delivery was nothing short of excellent from start to finish, especially as we ended up having to swap the original bench for another one. We are delighted with the bench and will definitely order from them again, especially as their product range is fantastic.

The felt gliders are fine,
The felt gliders are fine, but 2 of the 8 chairs we ordered had different screw fittings to the others (star not philips) and they made it very difficult to replace the gliders - the screws heavily resisted going in all the way, leaving the gliders loose. I did manage in the end but was not easy. Otherwise all good. I suggest if buying these, you ask for the chairs or the gliders to have philips screws not star screws.

Thrilled with my lamp, my armchairs and my dining chairs - all beautifully designed and elegant looking. The staff in both Wimbledon and Hammersmith were kind and attentive. I had to wait a few months, but it was all well worth it.

Lovely little side table
Excellent experience shopping with Holloways of Ludlow. Purchased the Ethicraft Geometric Side Table in oak. Very well made and the perfect colour. HoL also price match which is great. My local store is Bath and is a lovely store to view the items on their website.
