Friendly team however they said they would send part of the order, as there was a delay with the second part, and did not. Everything ended up arriving together several weeks after the initial order.

I had a decent experience purchasing a sofa, though it took longer to arrive than initially promised. The delay was a bit frustrating, but the staff was really helpful in contacting the dealer in Denmark to track the shipping status for me. They kept me updated throughout the process, which I appreciated. To make up for the delay, they offered me a 10% discount, which was a nice gesture. Overall, despite the longer wait, their customer service was attentive and the sofa is exactly what I wanted. I’m happy with the purchase and would consider buying from them again.

Recently purchased bedroom furniture and a lampshade from Holloways of Ludlow. Excellent product excellent quality. Only downside was the delivery. The delivery driver was insisting on leaving the heavy furniture outside the property on the high street and I had to really press him to bring the items inside the property. I have had much better service in terms of delivery from other companies.
