The man does not update when the product will be shipped. When shipped and the courier returns the product he doesn't update you and when you ask him when is the shipment expected he says he will given you the new AWB the next day and doesn't do so. You have to. constant chase for your product. Don't order.

What I dislike is when the package is returned by courier, to them, they don't inform you. Once you reach out odnthem, they say they will get you a new AWB for tracking the next day, and still don't update. Don't pre-pay order and if you must, the. COD only. Never going to order from this site. Will expect them to delete this.

Tulsi malas beeds are not finished and some of them is half . wile chanting mantra all focus goes on beeds . . its difficult with closed eyes to use this mala . . it's feel stuck and stress to push beads smoothly . . this mala mention form japa but its not useful. . .

recd one 5 mukhi and one 6 mukhi collector rudraksha today but i am surprised that in their HRG certification they have not mentioned of sizes of both rudraksha. Make it compulsory for premium beads. Hope they will improve it to gain more confidence from loyal customers
