Bad Experience, no shipping confirmation
I ordered a Rudraksha Mala on 20th Sep and was looking forward to it. Its been 8 days today and there is no sign of order acknowledgement neither there is any response on their whassup chat. . I have messaged atleast 5 times and so far no update plus sent an email to their official email id. . all I want to know is if my product is shipped and don't mind waiting even a month. . . but the bare minimum confirmation that your order has been shipped is what I am hoping to here. . . Not sure if this is a genuine store or a scam. . this is not berating the store just the frustration of not receiving any confirmation. . . .

I bought my 1st rudraksha mala from here 4years ago. I have bounty many beads as well as mala after that for my wife and children as well. All the products are good. Just like to mention the 5 mukhi mala for 800 I bought 4 years ago and the same mala I bought recently, the quality has really reduced. But all other products are of top quality . May the blessings of shive be with you. So that we get his blessings in the form of rudraksha
