I do not feel your quality or selection is what it used to be. I have been buying your mumu's, long and short, for years. I have ordered them from you and picked them up at your stores in Hawaii. I can no longer get a long mumu unless it has ruffles, and I don't like ruffles. I have always bought x-large and now the x-large is not as loose as before. Did you cut down the amount of fabric that you use? It seems like that is the case.

I has recently on Kauai and fell in love with this top, but they did not have my size. They suggested ordering it online. Got it very fast in the mail. Overall great experience!

My online shopping experience with Hilo Hattie was excellent. The service was fast and efficient. Though I did not get my first color choice, I was called immediately to inquire as to a second choice, and received the items faster than items ordered here on the mainland.

I ordered the wrong size shirt originally. I was advised to order a new one in the correct size, and then send the original order back for a refund (by the way I got the original order in just two days after making my purchase). I needed to do this because I needed it item quickly. Two days later I had the new shirt in the correct size and it looks great on my husband. As for my refund it was given back about four days after I ordered the new shirt. FAST SERVICE on everything. So VERY happy!!! :D

I ordered a shirt sized "L" based on the online sizing chart, turned out to to be too small. I returned the shirt for exchange to the next larger size, the nice folks at Hilo Hattie's turned it around in about a week - no muss, no fuss, just great service!

I think that you have some lovely items in the store and when trying to order it was a frustrating experience. Time of response was slow by phone and email. Chosen inventory displayed on line and when attempting to order often unavailable. When finally contacted by staff, I received pleasant and efficient service.

Dresses that were purchased came fast, and my Mom loved them. The only thing I wish is that all of the styles came in all sizes. Also, there needs to definitely needs to be more options for 5XL women as well.

I bought a shirt and two pair of sandals. There was a large selection of items. The service was fast in getting my order to me. Good quality products. One thing I liked is that the shipment came in a box only big enough to hold the items with no extra packing junk.
