Feeling nostalgic after striving back home to New York I decided to order from your online store . I received my package in 5 days which is amazing considering the distance . I wished all my mainland package deliveries were as quick as the service I received from your store . The quality of the fabric was very light and breezy ; genuinely made in Hawaii.

My wife and I visited Hilo Hattie's upon our vacation to Oahu. There we shopped and purchased multiple items. Among them were a couple of Aloha shirts for me. Great quality, comfort and price. Many complements on them as well during Hawaiian shirt Friday as my co- workers called it at the office.

Love the beautiful print but the "one size" was way too big. I had a seamstress shorten the hem. Also had her switch the internal ties-- she removed them and re-sewed them to the outside. Now it's a bit more form fitting, which is great! Problem solved. If you think this might work for you, here's a tip: Inside out your caftan, then try it on and tie it. If you like that fit better, re-sew your ties to the outside.

For years I have bought aloha shirts from Hilo Hattie's in L, and they have been consistently comfortable... but.... as time and the pandemic move on, I have gained a bit of weight and thought that maybe I should try out an XL. I got this shirt so see how a Hilo Hattie's XL would fit for me and it is just perfect. It is comfortable, looks nice, just top drawer. Thank you Hilo Hattie's! Mahalo!

I ordered a 4x and it fits every where but the sleeves area. I came back in to the website to order a size 5X and they dont have any! I really need to find out where to call or go online to get this dress in a 5X, ASAP! Please, does anyone know where I would call or go to?

I ordered on Monday, it arrived on Friday. Communication was great. All five items were perfectly packed. Couldn't be happier!

I have a Hilo Hattie blouse that I love and it is about 10 years old. I'd like to replace it and it is marked 1x. The 1x blouse I recently ordered and return was much smaller. The sizing chart looked like the right size. I did not see a sizing chart that went above 1x. I am a reluctant to try again. Please update your sizing chart to include all sizes.

Ordered several Aloha shirts and had excellent service. Called from the eastern US and spoke about sizes and Rayon versus Cotton, and how they would fit my needs. Order arrived promptly and was complete. As is my habit, I hand washed each shirt separately and according to the instruction using Woolite. One the shirts bleed on to itself, very badly. The Prince Kuhio Men's Aloha shirt (Burgundy)had bled out to a to a muted red-rust color. Four emails, two F/B chats, and a call this morning no answer, and I still have not been able to contact them. Disappointed.

I received someone elses order in bag addressed to me. Tracking for my order indicates "received", but that's not true. I have left 8-10 voicemails asking them about my order and letting them know I have the wrong order. Why haven't they returned my call????? I see other negative reviews below. Purchased several pouches of MACADAMIA NUT pancake mixes. Mixed the first one up and did not find any semblance of macadamia nuts, thought they might have just been chopped very fine. Looked at the container ingredients and found no mention of it containing them! How can you advertise it as a MACADAMIA NUT pancake mix when there are NO MACADAMIA NUTS? False advertising.

I bought a dress for work and noticed the first time I wore it that it had a 4 inch tear at the side seam, near the knee. When I tried to exchange it, I was told that it wasn't exchangeable because I had worn it. Nowhere (not on the receipt, nor the counter return signage) does it state that policy. I had the original receipt and it was within 3 weeks of purchasing. It was clearly a defect that was unnoticed during quality check and by me when I purchased. The manager, Linda, refused to exchange it. I could have lied and said that I hadn't worn it, but the fact is that I was at work when I noticed and didn't have the opportunity to take the dress off so that I could return it, unworn. Regardless, the dress was defective. By the way, I work in an office, so I wore it for 8 hours, sitting at a desk. The manager stated that they have no way of knowing if I damaged the dress while I wore it. Really?!? It was torn on the seam. I do not work in a construction field, where the dress could have been damaged. I will never shop at Hilo Hattie again. And I recommend that every buyer beware.
