First, let me say the product is FANTASTIC! Sadly, the poor customer service they offer offsets the quality of the product. Somehow, my most recent order was shipped to the wrong address and town. When I reached out to them via email and phone, I had no response. They had no problem taking the money but won't fix their mistake. I am trying to find another vendor, so I don't have to deal directly with them again.
