I just love the variety of products on offer, and the prices are competitive with others in New Zealand. The little bonus gifts and discounts go a long way in making it easy to be a life long buyer. The rewards system and VERY fast delivery is a big tick in how businesses should be run. Loyalty is key - for customers and business. . . . it's a two way street. My packages are delivered to me within two days - that's amazing. I've had mail coming from Auckland . . . . . and it takes between 7 and 10 days. Oh. . . . and I should say. . . . the boxes always arrive in perfect condition - 99. 9% of the time.
