Customer service is great… the product not so much.

I ordered a duvet insert after having the best night's sleep of my life in an upscale London hotel. (I was the crazy person who looked at the tag on the duvet in the hotel and found the website. ) Unfortunately I initially ordered the wrong one but this was soon corrected by the kindest customer service person who committed to finding out which duvet was sold to the hotel and sorted out my replacement and I couldn't be happier.

I had the most amazing sleep when we visiting the Andaz in Costa Rica. The hotel referred me to the Hanse website and when I emailed customer service asking about the specific pillow, they responded within 1 hour! They were so kind and told me exactly which pillow to buy and I have been sleeping so soundly (and with no neck or shoulder pain) since it arrived. I actually get excited to go to bed whereas I used to dread doing so, because I would toss and turn for hours resulting in a poor night's sleep and aches up and down my body. It was worth every penny!!

Tough getting out of bed now! Shipping was fast, quality is excellent.

The duvet was discovered when we stayed at Park Hyatt New York and it is truly amazing. It might look and feel thin but it’s extremely breathable and kept us warm but not too hot like the one we had. Another kicker is the customer service and shipping. Very responsive and fast! I originally looked at many existing reviews and was a little concerned with some negative comments. After my personal experience, all the positive reviews were true so I recommend to ignore the bad ones.

The hybrid pillow, natural duvet, and natural topper are is the same bedding used at the hotel arts (ritz carlton barcelona) and is absolutely the most comfortable bedding I have slept on. I have been stayed at the ritz london, st. regis in deer valley as well as new york, many cruise lines, and countless other hotels. this is the bedding to purchase. you will not regret it.
