Don’t waste your time with Growell, one of the worse companies, they send out wrong orders, then lie when products aren’t in stock, I would recommend using other companies over Growell, absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted with Growell, they have sent me the wrong order, told me twice my order is coming and are now ignoring me, I’ll be taking this up with the ombudsman, stay away from this website

This soil rocks! It's the best Ive ever tried. Go on folks go organic and surprise yourself. I didn't have to add anything. That's right nada, nichts, nowt! Only had to buy more soil each time I potted on but Growell surpassed themselves with super fast deliveries. Best customer service Best everything! Go Organic be Good!

You'd probably think that someone waiting over a week for their order would not be giving 5 star reviews, read on..... Ok so my order was late, and when it arrived it was only partial, a day or so later a partial duplicate and the bits missing from the first arrived. When contacted, Growell explained the issues (moving warehouse), apologised, and offered a more than reasonable solution. This was done in a friendly manner, with no need for lectures on distance selling regulations, just a couple of emails and phone calls. This is the first time anything has gone awry with an order and Growell's response was first rate (my first order was in about 97 when they had one branch in Solihull). Growell's one stop shop,available knowledge base, and excellent customer service is a far better choice than trying to save a few pennies buying from dodgybloke2022 on some auction site. ( All staff I have contacted over the years have been very helpful, but special mention goes to Craig Powell). No i'm not an employee, related to an employee, just a bloke satisfied with the service of a reputable company and prepared to take a few minutes to say as much. .

I have used this company before and never had a problem. But recently had a product which failed, so gave my nearest store (Wembley) a call and drove down to them the next day with the faulty kit. The staff were very helpful, diagnosed the problem, and tested the replacement before I left. Top marks for customer service - Cheers!

Always a pleasure ordering from you guys, please stop using DPD though, they are useless. Dropped my parcel at a shop 5 miles from where I live because they are ‘CO2 friendly’ with no second delivery option.

Contact growell via there website with regards to placing order, customer service was perfect point me to who I needed to speak to, got order placed from then spoke to growell on the phone several time when they contacted me too updated me and when I asked for delivery on a specific day the happily accomdated. Absolutely no complaints 10 out of 10, returning customer after experince

cheap, in bulk! got here on time, all in good order, tablets need more water than the coconut coir tablets but, so far so good, most seeds germinating well and sowing various veg seeds, most ok as long as you keep them moist. recommend and will purchase again.
