Dear GotYourGear, Just wanted to let you know that I took a chance on your website and you did not disappoint. I gifted an IOU BlackStrap Balaclava to my son after his choice would not arrive in time for Christmas. He wasn’t too particular about the pattern but informed me that he was leaving to ski on Jan 8th. I first went to the source, BlackStrap, but didn’t feel confident that it would arrive in time. Then I found your site, ship the same day, 3-5 days delivery window, and took the plunge. Sure enough you shipped it out the same day, but tracking said Jan 10th. Bummer, but what did I expect when it’s coming from Utah, through a snow storm to Virginia. Shock and awe, when I received the update that the Balaclava would arrive today. And just in time for my son to be grateful that he was better prepared as he took off to ski in New York. Thanks very much for your commitment. Now I’ve got to thank the USPS for moving it through the network and delivering it early, in spite of our inches of snow. Unlike Utah, any amount of snow is a big event in the Washington, D. C. area. I had an outstanding experience. I was shopping for this specific pair of poles online when I noticed that google was offering to purchase them form getyourgear at a lower price than was listed on the getyourgear website. I was confused and wanted to make sure nothing fishy was going on with google, so I messaged getyourgear. They explained that it was normal, and offered to give me a discount code to directly purchase it from them (cutting out google as a middleman) for the same price google was listing it! The poles also arrived very quickly and are in perfect condition! I immediately took them out for a hike :) 10/10 will shop again!

Dear GYG, Thank you very much, I've received the delivery and everything is O.K. with the goggles. I am satisfied with my purchase in general. The only thing that was lacking is the fact that i got an automatic discount for making a first purchase with you. But because there was a glitch with the system i had to repeat the order, and then i couldn't get the same price as i did the first time. I asked for the discount, but i didn't get a reply. It is not a big deal really. I also found you through an add on e-bay. I didn't know should I order through them, because i am from Europe and i wasn't sure how delivery would go. The price on e-bay was lower then on your website, is there a reason for that, or is it an accident ? I am just interested. All in all i can't wait to try out my new googles :) Have a nice day, Vlada.
