I called 3 different times and got a different quote every time I called, and after I told them I had a Groupon they bumped up the price $50 more then what they said it would be every time I asked before mentioning I had the coupon. How does a company say the windshield I need is 159 with out this coupon I paid for and when they find out we have it they tell me the windshield is 199 that I would have to pay 99 dollars after coupon? when every else I call i can get this windshie ld without coupons for 108 out the door installed...

Go Glass is my new Go To company for windshield repair or replace. There service technician Omar was extremely professional. Was here on time calling about 20 minutes before his arrival time to let me know he was on his way. Took about 45 minutes to replace the windshield. The glass they use is OEM quality. Had few rock chips on my windshiled. Setup an appointment with a very nice lady. Ken the technician showed up at my house very on time. He was a very nice guy. Explained everything for me and called my insurance to setup everything all I need to do was to talk with the insurance company for confirmation. Called and gave all vehicle information. They gave me quote and same day appointment. During appointment time I was called and appointment was cancelled. Told me to make an appointment with dealer or body shop. Disappointed....

Had a rock chip my windshield, called my insurance company and they connected me on the same phone call to Go Glass. They arranged to come to my residence and handle the repair. In less than two hours from the original call to my insurance company, Ken had called me, come to the house, made the repair and was gone. Remarkable service, considering the entire process, from the first call to my insurance company to the finished repair took just over two hours. Would recommend this company to anyone, anytime for great service!

I had Go Glass come out for a small chip in my windshield. Was going to pay for it myself. The service tech told me my insurance company will pay for this at no cost to me and it will not affect my rates. He called the insurance company and it was taken care of. Great service. i had a small chip in my windshield, and called GoGlass. Ken answered and made an appointment to come to my house the same day. He arrived within the hour window he had given me. Ken and I called my auto insurance and they were going to pay to have my windshield repaired. I hadn't considered calling my insurance and Ken suggested they may pay and they did! Ken has repaired numerous chips and cracks in my window (I believe he has been out to my place at least 4 times). He is always friendly and answers any questions I have about the repair. The repairs have always been of the finest quality. In one instance he repaired a rather large crack, but let me know there was a fairly good chance that it would continue to grow. He explained why it was likely to continue growing and I left well informed. No surprise, the crack persisted. With absolutely no hassle they took the price of the repair and put it towards a new windshield, and I quickly had a new windshield.
