This is the first time I have used Go Glass Auto Glass. While having to replace your windshield isn't a pleasant experience, my experience with Go Glass was exceptional. The quoting and reservation process was painless. The staff were exceptional nice and helpful and the pricing was very fair. The technician, Robert, was on time, friendly, had all of the tools/materials to accomplish the job and was very good about protecting the areas around my car where he was working. Over all my dealing with Go Glass were exceptional.

Had a break in at our condo. Side window smashed out. I was going out at 8:00 am when I noticed it. I called Go Glass , spoke to Ramone. Less than 2 hours of arriving, side window was replaced and at a very reasonable price. Can’t speak highly enough of this shop and the quality of work. Outstanding service. This technician was on time for the appointment, located two other items to address in my daughter's windshield. He explained the process and why I didn't need to spend for both additional items. He repaired two problems quickly. It is the best result I have witnessed for windshield repair.

I was looking for a new windshield supplier and after my last bad experience with Glass Masters who dropped my window on my hood. I noticed there new location in Crowfoot, when I called they were so friendly and gave me a great price on a new windshield over the phone, the same price I paid three years ago at Glass Masters ? They also noticed I had the wrong top seal in the windshield from my last replacement ? I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again boys.

Great customer service! Michelle the receptionist was exceptional...even under the most uncomfortable circumstances. Highly recommend this place. Had some issues with scheduling, but we worked it out and they made it right! Great place to wait with kids. I travelled from OC to Riverside and totally worth it!!!

I couldn't be happier. I checked out a competitor first.,,,the one with all the tv ads....did their estimate calculator online...it was $40.00 more And, I read there might be additional fees. I googled glass repair and found GoGlass. I called, got the rate, thought she was kidding. I read the reviews and I was convinced. Ken showed up, couldn't have been nicer, felt like I've known him for years, and his work was incredible. That crack created by a stone has been a monkey on my back for well over a year....he's gone....thanks Ken!

From my first interaction with the guy over the phone to the end of the repair with Ken, these guys were professional and courteous. The same day I called, they sent a technician to my location. I get a $100 Groupon Boucher and I called for make an appointment and I ask for the price she tell me $280 but the $100 discount you have to pay only $180. I was asking in others glass shops in two diferents gave me $149 prices. When I get the Boucher was expecting to pay like $80 plus my boucher of $30 total $110.

Go glass came to my house within the hour and did amazing work! Charged me and awesome price.. much better than the competitors! Thumbs up!
