While there has been some delay to the installation date, the communication with the staff has been smooth and prompt. The technician that installed the purifier was professional, fast and helpful.

The machine looks sleek and is not bulky. Works well, with room temp water, cold and hot water (with 3 temperatures of hot water). Only minor complaint would be the splashback when the cup is placed on the dispenser and the water is dispensed - but this can be solved by placing the cup nearer the water spout.
