I purchased in the Giovanni range, 6 seat dining table, console and 2 table lamps. 6 black willow chairs. The order arrived on the specific date requested. The quality is excellent and looks stunning. The assembly of all furniture was completed in 2.5 hours. Very grateful to Caroline who confirmed the table colour as I had ordered the wrong colour in error. I am delighted with the products and the service. Would definitely recommend.

We're really pleased with the tables. They look smart and are of solid construction and excellent value (we got them in the sale). We did have a 'build' problem with the units, hence 4 stars. However, the customer service offered by Furniture Box, was 5 star plus! Absolutely no problem recommending the company.

I was very impressed with the customer service and general politeness and company attitude. The first mirror arrived with a crack due to poor jangling from parcel force. On reporting this I had a response within the hour and a replacement sent out with an apology email. Very good company.

ordered 4 chairs they arrived within 48hrs, packaged really well, took me and husband 40 minutes to put chairs together, really easy and simple instructions, chairs are sturdy look great and excellent quality, company and service, price are outstanding, well done furniture box.

I was a little reluctant to order from this website as the price seemed too good to be true and I was worried about the quality of product that I would receive. Upon delivery I was very very pleasantly suprised with the quality, size and finish of the table and the chairs. Just for the customer service alone I will give furniture box 5 stars!! Delivery was quick and on time. I had a couple of issues with the drawer but furniture box were so quick to help me and sort it out for me. Rest assured I would definitely order from them again and recommend others too aswell!! Modern Dining Table which was a bit fiddly to put together. Definitely needs two people but once done looks great and goes extremely well with the Black Corona Chairs. Excellent service & communication from Furniture Box all the way through the buying and delivery process. Thank you..

Tables were very good quality, unfortunately they were too wide for the space we had, we misunderstood the measurements as advertised. I contacted the customer service team who were extremely helpful and friendly and this was easily sorted, they were very prompt and I would definitely order from this company again 👍🏼
