Ordered 6 lorenzo dining chairs, very pleased with purchase, seem good quality. I feel these were good value for money as the price was reasonable compared to others on the market. I got delivery to NI which many companies don't offer and even with the delivery charge I feel the price was good. I recently decided to change my sons cabin bed to a King size bed. I fully expected lead times to be weeks, however, I was astounded to be able to order a bed on Wednesday and it was delivered 2 days later!!! I called the customer service centre and spoke to Tom. What a refreshing experience! I put the bed together myself and am delighted with the end result. Perfect for my son. I was nervous initially as I had not heard of Furniturebox but would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to several people.

I bought 4 blue Pesaro chairs and am absolutely delighted with them. The colour is true to the website and brightens up our dining area. The chairs are extremely comfortable and supportive. Furniturebox’s customer service is possibly one of the best in the market. I emailed them asking if the chairs would fit closely enough under the Sorrento table that they wouldn’t take up too much space. I was assured that if I wasn’t completely happy I could return free of charge. Furniture was delivered on the agreed date and was easily assembled. Great looking coffee table & really well made. Easy to assemble & only took me 30mins. What really sets Furniture Box apart from most online retailers is their customer service; when I had an issue with my original order they worked hard to resolve the issue sending me out another replacement unit complete within 2 days.
