I bought the product to resell. I do know it was shipped in a timely manner and I have not received any negative feedback from the customer, so I believe it was all good! From a purchasing and shipping standpoint, everything was exactly as promised!

The new blower wheel took care of the vibration issue .

Ordered part back in August. Said part was being sent finally in Oct due to back order. They sent wrong part and now they don’t carry the part I needed as I found out with a phone call and no message letting me know that they no longer carried the part and still took my money. I don’t recommend at all.

Wrong part, and the return process is way to complicated.

Needed to get a fan motor before winter set in. I appreciated the updates on the status of my fan motor. It saved me from having to buy a used motor.
