Natasha is always helpful and responds very fast to messages. I bought a new harness and it was too small unfortunately. Natasha asked to measure my dog again and suggested the right size. She also offered free return and shipping on the new harness. With every purchase I've made, I always got nice cute stickers too! Her harnesses are the best for frenchies!
