Any of those who are remotely familiar with the Mazdaspeed platform are familiar with Justin and his work. I've had my Speed3 for 3+ years and have trusted my car to Freektune as I slowly built up my car. My last tune from him was my first attempt with aux fuel, tuned for E85 and methanol on a BNRS3. In short summary, I can't even remember what the car was like when I first bought it; it's a completely different animal now. Justin has earned his reputation and is a professional stand-up guy that walks you through every step of the process. I'm sure I will attempt something new with my car in the future and there's no doubt where I will go for my tuning needs when the time comes!

My ecoboost mustang has been totally transformed with the tune from Justin. With just an E30 tune, Cobb panel filter and slicks the car went 12.63@108 with a 5k DA. I highly recommend him to anybody with an EBM looking to make some great power. Also the customer service is outstanding, never was left without an answer to my question, anything I needed explained was done so in a manner I could understand. All in all I couldn't be happier!

been with justin since he first started tuning in the mazdaspeed world. ive gone from a stock turbo gas & e85 tune and now to a GT3071 gas & e85 tune. Always been great to work with and made the car AMAZING to drive and put down power. currently 10,000 miles on my 3071 daily driver.making 400hp on the stock block. runs like a champ. A+ guy and recommend him to anyone looking for a tuner.

My tune on stock ko4 with all bolt ons minus exhaust manifolds on 94 octane is not quite done yet. I am currently on my 5th revision and let me tell you this, Justin and Freektune really helped me revive my car. the speed3 runs great and definitely has that aggressive run with it. I can't wait until I get the finish product!!!! Koodos to Freektune! HIGHLY Recommended!

For those who are curious about the kind of work Justin is capable of, it's nothing short of amazing. The precision and efficiency he has with each revision is second to none. He was completely understanding and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I even ran into a hardware issue which did not allow me to tune for about a month and Justin was extremely patient during this time. My 2010 speed3 just hit 60k miles with a stock motor and clutch and I can't say it's ever been this fast. We tuned for reliability and drive ability and I can say Justin hit this mark with ease. There's still so much room left for power but we felt that the 380 mark was a great place to call it a day so I wouldn't have to worry about spending money on a new clutch or worrying about having to build the motor right away. On a side note, Justin has also tuned one of my closest friend's speed who currently holds the 1/4 mile record for the mazdaspeed platform and to me that speaks volumes. For those of you who want a fun daily driver like me, or for those who are interested in setting records like my good friend Bryce, Justin can do it all. Thank you Mr. Brasil.

Best mod for my MS3 bar none. HTP 3" Intake, CPE TMIC, UR TBE, Grimmspeed EBCS for main mods. 93 Octane tune made car come alive over my S-OTS tune that I was running with my old JBR Intake. 9/3 eMix was undescribeable. Car runs smoother, pulls harder, and feels like a new machine. son. Better yet, I only get about 20 miles less per fill-up than with straight 93! I picked up 32 WHP from 93 to eMix based on VirtualDyno. YMMV, but best investment for the MS3 yet.

This was the best money i ever spent for my car PERIOD. I don't know why i put it off for so long, but now that i am tuned by him i am amazed at how my car is running. He was very helpful in working with me through my tuning problems and got me a car that doesn't feel anything like it did the day i bought it. Driving my Mazda before the tune i would crack a smile here and there now that i am FREEK tuned i have nothing on my face but a shit eating grin every time that k04 spools up. Many have mentioned it, but it still cannot be overstated enough: Freektune and Rob are amazing. I had the opportunity to work with him over the weekend and early this week on a 93 tune for my '12 Speed3. Rob was extremely professional, informative, courteous, and punctual throughout the entire process and my car runs noticeably better than previously. First of all, I'd like to thank Rob for the work he has done tuning my car. He whipped up some fantastic 93 octane and E85 maps for me, and the communication between revisions was outstanding. I autocross my car as well as drive 800-1200 miles a week, and the car is now a completely different animal. The 93 octane tune Rob created for me is perfect for not blowing the tires off when autocrossing while remaining safe while my coolant temps and Boost air temps get up there, as well as for road trips when travelling out of state. The E85 tune....holy shit! All I can say about the E85 tune is that it legitimately made me fall in love with my car again. My tune was wrapped up with 99.7k miles on the odometer, and I can say that my car has never felt as strong as it has now! Thank you Rob for the work you put in, and for helping me out in a bad situation. I recommend FreekTune (Justin and Rob) to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and fun tune for their Mazdaspeed!

I am currently working with Rob to complete my second tune with him. I have never been anything but thrilled with the work he does. I have a 2010 mazdaspeed3, and have loved it from day one. I can't stop putting money into it to make it faster! Lol it's addicting, once I was fully bolted and ready to tune someone told me about rob, I though eh, ok I'll try him, but I though to myself " what makes him so good, or any diff from any other tuner out there ".. I can 100% full hearted say after tuning with rob from stock turbo, to adding more parts and then tuning big turbo, hands down, no questions asked I WILL FIGHT A MOFO WHO DOESNT AGREE!, that rob Finkle is of one of the most knowledge, nicest, caring tuners out there, I know I can always count on rob, for questions weither they are the stupidest questions or if he has to ask someone else, he ALWAYS gets me an answer and never has an issue with it, if I have an issue with the car he always helps me decode the issue untill it's fixed and running, he offers to send me items to help me out in a emergency with the car, at one point I wanted to get rid of the speed and get into a new platform, and after being helped in an emergency situation.. I realized I can never get that type of help anyone else and rob is the reason I still have my speed and plan to build it, personally I can go on and on about rob because there just isn't enough time to talk about how good of a person he is, to me he is more then a tuner, he is a very very very! Hey Justin, I wanted to provide you with a review of my experience with Rob. At this point, Rob has been providing me with updates maps for over a year, and has supplied me with 20+ revisions (not exaggerating). He has provided me with a 93 tune, e85 tune, as well as multiple tweaks as weather (upstate NY) and hardware changes have occurred. He has been invaluable when it comes to helping me understand both my tune and my car. My most recent experience was a hour + phone conversation regarding the BT build I am planning. Did he have to do that? No. But I was beyond greatful that he did. I'm glad to not only call him my tuner, but my friend as well. Both Justin and Rob know most of us DD our cars, and that means they need to account for all seasons and altitudes with their tunes, various grades of fuel while we travel, and drivers like me that abuse (but maintain) their vehicle. I'm going over the 1 year mark with a corn tuned K04 and and now BNR not just without issue, but with a strong car that runs great regardless the conditions. I couldn't be more pleased with their communication and results. You want your car Freektuned.

Rob has tuned some of the most powerful speeds out there today and is by far one of the most knowledgeable tuners right along with Justin! I live in a very cold climate (Michigan) and Rob provided me with a map that was extremely drivable and safe in both extreme heat and cold temperatures. We are currently working on 93 tune and an E mix and could not be happier with the fast responses I receive with questions and quality tuning experience! If you decide to get tuned anywhere else for your speed, you have to be crazy!!

I've been tuned by Justin for years now and wouldn't go back for anything. I was originally "Protuned" by a shop. The shop told me there were issues with my car and just kept making me throw money at the car then after awhile they just started ignoring me all together. I talked to Justin and he immediately knew what was going on. We had the issue fixed and he put together a stronger and even a safer map than the previous pro shop did. He is a standup guy and will answer any questions that you may have. He is very quick to respond and will even teach you along the way. The tunes are amazing and each revision you can feel the difference!! I have gotten a non meth tune, a meth tune, a meth and e85 tune. Also, etuned and dyno tuned with my stock motor and built more. You can't go wrong with Justin tuning your Mazda or Ford.
