It just really straight forward cover and no drama, so far anyway. I like that there is an Australian based call centre and you can on line chat about any queries that you can't find the answer too.

It has been great dealing Frank. Nothing seems to ever be an issue, the operators are very well informed and extremely helpful. We get what we pay for and that's all we want. It's fabulous. especially in trying circumstances - we have NEVER had an issue.

I have been with a number of different providers (and have previously worked for one - Defence Health). Frank has been the best to deal with, making claims is easy, friendly, professional staff. I recommend Frank all the time.

Frank does have a good rebate and does not tie you down to specific providers which I value most. The only comment I have is that I'm worried that my premium will increase too much to the point where I have to step down my cover, or switch as it may not be financially viable for me to continue.

I think Frank provides great value for money and I really like the fact that I can receive 80% back on my claims( up to the limits) I also like that I have multiple ways to get in contact with Frank and am provided with options such as web chat.
